During the second half of 2024, we will develop the work plan for the CIVICCLETA project, organized by the Tarragona Civic Centers Network, with the aim of promoting sustainable and active mobility in Tarragona. This work plan includes several activities distributed across four main areas:

1. Training and Qualification: Creation of training capsules on bicycle mechanics, route planning, promotion of sustainable mobility and more. Adapted to different age groups to energize the service and attract participants.
2. Mobility and Bicycle Practice: Bicycle learning courses, from beginner to advanced levels, using the 1bici+ method. Organization of themed bike rides to promote the use of bicycles throughout the year. Special activities during the Christmas holidays to encourage cycling among children.
3. Self-repair and Bicycle Mechanics: ITB Point service for self-repairing bicycles with technical support and basic tools. Bi-weekly and summer sessions adapted to the needs of the community.
4. Circular Economy: Donation and Loan of Bicycles: Reuse of unused bicycles through donations and small repairs. Loan of bicycles to local entities, schools, and participants in training activities.
